e-Management expands office space to accommodate growth
e-Management increases its office space in Silver Spring, Md., this month to accommodate company growth. The expansion is due in part to recent federal contract awards for information technology (IT) solutions for new project work in mission applications development and for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

Department of Commerce purchases e Management’s eGov Risk Portfolio Manager™
The Department of Commerce, Office of the Chief Information Officer recently purchased e-Management’s risk management commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product, eGov Risk Portfolio Manager™ (eGov RPM™). e Management will also provide training to help the agency’s team focus on compliance reporting as well tracking NIST Special Publication 800-53 controls, mitigation plans (POA&Ms), and unresolved action items.

e-Management announces 4-year university scholarship winner
Ayoyinka Akingbade of College Park, Md., is the winner of the $10,000 e Management scholarship. The scholarship award caps the celebration of e Management’s 10-year anniversary. Ms. Akingbade will also receive a paid internship at e-Management during the summer months.

e-Management Wins ARRA Contract with the Department of Energy
e-Management received a 2-year award to provide the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Environmental Management (EM) with information technology solutions to implement, track, manage, and report on American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) program initiatives. DOE received $33 billion in Recovery Act funds; $6 billion went to EM.
