Ms. Ola Sage is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of e-Management, a proven, customer-oriented business offering high-end management and technical Information Technology (IT) solutions in Strategic Planning and Management, Web Applications and Services, Network/Infrastructure and IT Security and Assurance. Since founding e-Management in 1999, Ms. Sage has led the successful growth of the company which has been recognized four consecutive years in a row (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) on the Washington Technology Fast 50 list of ranked companies and by Inc. magazine in 2007. e-Management provides support to multiple government clients in the Washington D.C., metropolitan area including the Department of Energy, Department of Transportation and NASA.
As President and CEO, Ms. Sage is responsible for e-Management’s strategic vision, business plan development, and thought leadership. Under her leadership Ms. Sage has promoted a culture of community involvement, encouraging employees to participate in and contribute to causes such as the DOE/EPA ENERGY STAR “Change a Light, Change the World” campaign, the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure, and Sister to Sister–Everyone Has a Heart Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving women’s heart health.
Ms. Sage is the recipient of the prestigious Chief Information Officers (CIO) certificate offered to senior level executives through the Federal CIO University. The certification program directly addresses executive core competencies adopted by the Federal CIO Council that are deemed important for the Federal IT community to be successful. A highly respected and seasoned IT executive, Ms. Sage continues to provide expert assistance on a variety of technology and IT management issues for select executive clients.
Ms. Sage holds a B.S. Summa cum laude in Computer Information Systems (CIS) and a M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Ms. Sage is a member of the Institute for Management Accountants, a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM); and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
 Mr.
Bambo Bamgbose serves as e-Management’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the company in July 2000 as a minority shareholder of e-Management, Mr. Bamgbose contributes to the development of the company’s strategic goals, business plan, finance/marketing strategy, and intellectual property. Mr. Bamgbose oversees client services to e-Management’s customers in conjunction with management of the company’s day-to-day and long term financial objectives. Mr. Bamgbose is also responsible for cultivating and managing the company’s vendor relationships and administering the corporate benefits package for employees.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bamgbose’s focus was providing senior management advisory services on finance and accounting matters in the energy industry. These services included financial statement analysis, audit preparation, Return on Investment, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and business process re-engineering. Mr. Bamgbose also provided financial consulting services in the non-profit sector including credit facility analysis and strategic business planning.
Mr. Bamgbose is a currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. Mr. Bamgbose is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information Systems from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Mr. Bamgbose is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and maintains memberships in several state CPA societies.
 Mr.
Ric Colton, e-Management’s CIO, is responsible for managing the company's IT investments in corporate infrastructure, technology partnerships, and corporate product development. Ric reviews and identifies opportunities to leverage e-Management’s corporate infrastructure to support client projects.
Ric has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on developing technical solutions and managing customer services oriented teams. He started his career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he held roles as a QA and Software Engineer. Later he joined a small business corporation to pursue an opportunity working in Berlin, West Germany as a Systems Engineer supporting a government agency. Upon his return to United States, he joined Fannie Mae as an Advisory Systems Engineer; during his career with Fannie Mae, he also held positions as Application Developer, Development Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently, as Data Center Director where he managed their Mission Critical Facilities and was involved in setting up one of the first “green” IT data centers.
Ric received a B.S. in Electronics Technology from Norfolk State University, an M.S. in Information Technology from University of Maryland, and received a certificate from Marist College in New York as a Certified Data Center professional.
 Mr.
Charles Colton, in his role as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, leads e-Management’s marketing and business development activities. These activities are directed at expanding the company’s services and solutions business with departments and agencies of the federal government.
Mr. Colton joined e-Management with 30 years of experience managing business development organizations and business units delivering enterprise information systems and services. In addition to his successful P&L track record, Mr. Colton has been the driving force behind the pursuit and capture of large GWAC, outsourcing, software development, and integration contracts. As a senior line management and business development executive with companies such as Xerox (Xerox Global Services), Keane, Inc., Syscon/Logicon (now Northrop Grumman) and I-Net/Wang Global (now BAE), he has served a wide range of commercial and government clients. He has functioned as Managing Principal, VP of Business Development, VP of Sales, Senior VP of Network Applications, and CIO.
Mr. Colton holds a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and New Jersey, as well as a Life Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
