e-Management honors employees with special holiday celebration
e-Management employees were treated to a special holiday celebration today. Employees and their guests attended a performance of Cirque du Soleil’s Kooza. A private tent was available for a reception before, during, and after the performance. Commemorative items from e-Management and Kooza were distributed to the guests after the show.

e-Management today announced that it has successfully passed a formal assessment against the requirements of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) at Level 2 (Managed). The Software Engineering Institutes’ (SEI) CMMI® is an international standard that describes the essential characteristics and industry best practices for the lifecycle development of products and services from conception through delivery and maintenance.

e-Management offers Health Savings Account to employees
Beginning this month, e-Management will expand its current employee medical plan to include Health Savings Accounts (HSA). HSAs allow individuals to save money in a special account for future medical expenses. Employers can also contribute to employees’ accounts. e-Management will provide this medical benefit free to employees and will fund 100 percent of the deductible for individual and family plans.
